NEW JERSEY CHAPTER WRESTLING CAMP CLINIC APPLICATION
The New Jersey Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame is awarding 4 scholarships to developing wrestlers that live in New Jersey. The scholarship will be in the amount of $500.00 and can be used to attend a wrestling clinic, camp, or other instructional program. The criteria are:
Must be in grades 6 – 11.
Has wrestled a minimum of 2 years.
Regularly attends practice.
Gets along with teammates.
Is committed to academics.
Participates in other extracurricular activities.
Will benefit from receiving the scholarship.
Must be recommended by coach, school administrator, or recreation director.
Application process
Adult making the recommendation must write a statement that documents applicant meets the above-mentioned criteria.
Applicant writes a statement highlighting how she/he will benefit from receiving the award.
